Course Overview
This course on AWS Solution Architect covers learning in-depth about AWS cloud services and solutions. You will learn the ways of designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure applications on AWS. Course Content:
Module 1: Fundamentals of AWS and Cloud Computing
This course begins with an overview of general cloud computing and AWS. In this module, you will learn more about the cloud model, the AWS global infrastructure, and advantages of using the cloud. Take a closer look at the AWS architecture and key concepts.
Module 2: AWS Core Services

Module 7: Cost Management and Optimization
This module will explain best practices for cost management and optimization. How to use AWS Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor to analyze your usage and investigate opportunities to save money. Understand the pricing model and budgeting that helps in controlling expenses effectively.
Module 8: Advanced AWS Services
AWS Advanced Services: Using Lambda to implement serverless computing, DynamoDB for NoSQL databases, and Glue for data integration. Practice using these technologies to build complex applications.
Module 9: Scalable Architecture Design
Learn how to design best-practice architectures on AWS that are scalable and reliable. Learn techniques to handle variable loads, ensure system reliability, and apply design principles using real-world case studies.
Module 10: Security and Compliance
Understand AWS security best practices. Be able to identify AWS Shield, WAF, and GuardDuty for protection in your environment. Recognize compliance standards and how to implement appropriate security for various regulatory compliance standards.
Module 11: Integration and Hybrid Architectures
Integrate AWS with on-premise IT infrastructures. Connect on-premise environments using Direct Connect and VPN. Integrate services in AWS for hybrid architectures.
Module 12: Capstone Project
Apply your skills to a real-world scenario in a capstone project in which you’ll design and implement a complete AWS architecture; you will demonstrate your skills using AWS best practices and solutions.
