However, the certification is presented to the candidates who are certified on ITIL® Intermediate and MALC (Managing across the Lifecycles) qualification and have gained in-depth knowledge pertaining to ITIL® Best practices and IT Service Management. There is no prescribed training or exam for ITIL® Master certification. The ITIL® Master qualification certifies your practical knowledge and expertise in applying ITIL® best practices in your environment to support the business vision. There is no stipulated syllabus for ITIL® Master qualification as one can be validated based on their practical experiences.
